Beef stew in green bitter gourd purée....

Preparing food without proper recipe can be challenging as neither do we know what to expect nor how it taste later. With little knowledge of how individual ingredients taste are, we can produce either disastrous food that totally inedible or we can come out with culinary magnificent. 



Combining something as bitter as bitter gourd into on average beef stew could make the stew spoiled yet today's adventure in my kitchen proves the otherwise. Even me myself unable to recall what did I do to the stew that even the bitterness of bitter gourd was no longer there. In the end, stew that initially prepared as side dish for my lunch become my brunch, enjoyed together with sips of morning bharat cameronian black tea....
